Payment & Confirmation
Payment is required before the start of the conference and may be made by credit card, check, or purchase order.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refunds are given unless a written request is received on or before April 5, 2027. After this date, 40% of the conference fee can be refunded due to the costs associated with planning on attendance. No refunds are given after May 1, 2027. Please provide your reason for cancelling. Please remember to cancel your hotel reservation.
