Publications

Since its introduction to the corrections community in 1987, American Jails magazine has had the distinction of being the only national magazine focused solely on the day-to-day management and operations of local detention facilities.

Published bimonthly, American Jails magazine reaches government personnel at the local, State, and Federal levels, as well as individuals in the private sector. To discover the diversity of American Jails magazine's topics, see our Editorial Guidelines and Issue Spotlights.
