Membership Log-in Assistance


First-Time Login & Online Payment Instructions

Follow the steps below to verify your email address, access your AJA profile, and pay any open invoices online.

Getting Started

First-Time Login

For security purposes, you must verify your email address by entering the verification code that will be emailed from our electronic system to the current email address AJA has on file for you.

  • Check both your inbox and spam folders for the verification email.
  • Enter the verification code in the verification box on the website.
  • Select Verify to complete the process.

Pay Online

Go to www.aja.org and log in using your email address and your contact ID number as the password, unless you joined online and created your own username and password.

  • Once logged in, select My Invoices on the left-hand side of your profile page.
  • Locate your pending invoice.
  • Select Make Payment.
  • Enter your credit card information.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Verify that you are not a robot.
  • Select Accept and Complete.
Important Password Note: AJA does not have access to your password once it has been changed. If you do not know your password, please use the Forgot My Password link.
