Duties and Responsibilities of a Liaison
- Promote the AJA Certification Program inside the agency.
- Field inquiries about the program and supply information to interested candidates.
- Assist in the completion of certification applications.
- Serve as the point of contact for answering AJA questions regarding incomplete applications.
- Relay pertinent application status information to candidates.
- Communicate with candidates to verify registration of testing appointments.
- When serving as proctor, assume responsibility for the integrity of the online certification examination.
- Ensure confidentiality of all candidates’ test results.
