Room Rate: Run of House at $199 plus applicable state and local taxes (16.695%) subject to change without notification.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

  • Reservation Guarantee: The Hotel requires a credit card guarantee at the time of reservation.
     
  • Prepay full Amount: To prepay the full amount, please contact AJA’s Convention Service Manager, Alexandra Guadarrama at (760) 416-2905 who will provide you with a credit card authorization form or information on how to pay by check.  Check must be received by the hotel no less than two weeks from your arrival for processing.
     
  • Agency/Company Credit Card:  If attendee room reservation is being reserved with an Agency/Company Credit Card, room reservations must be made in the name of the guest staying at the hotel.
If attendee is checking in with a different credit card than used at time of reservation, please contact AJA’s Convention Service Manager, Alexandra Guadarrama at (760) 416-2905 who will provide you with a credit card authorization form. The authorization form must be completed and submitted to the hotel no less than 2 weeks prior to arrival for processing. The hotel cannot accept credit cards with a different name from the registered guest at the front desk at check-in.
 
  • Cancellations/Changes must be made 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.  After 48 hours, guests will be charged one night room and tax that was originally provided at time of reservation.
 
  • Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in 4:00 p.m.  - Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
 
  • WIFI: Complimentary Guest Room WIFI
     
  • Parking: A discounted rate has been provided to AJA Summit Attendees of $25 per night.  Please alert the front desk when checking in that you have a car, so the discount is reflected on your final room bill.
