Why Stay at an Official AJA Hotel?
 
Great Rates. AJA has negotiated special housing rates–typically well below the standard rates available to the public–for attendees and exhibitors at the following hotels. Booking a reservation in the AJA block allows AJA to secure the meeting space necessary for the conference at a reduced price to the association. If AJA falls below our guaranteed room nights at the official hotels, we could incur a financial penalty. By staying in the AJA block, you help us to meet the association’s obligation to the hotel, avoid penalties, and keep event costs (and therefore registration costs) down. 
 
Easy Access to AJA Conference Events. Staying in the AJA room block keeps you connected with informal activities and other opportunities that occur at the host hotel during the event.
 
Increased Networking Opportunities. You have a greater chance of interacting with fellow attendees by staying in the block. Strike up conversations in the hotel lobby, the elevator, or at the hotel food outlets, and make connections to improve your conference experience.
 
Relaxing Stay. Arrive a few days early, or stay a few days after to enjoy the beautiful sights. Our event hotels offer discounted rates based on availability.
 
AJA Assistance. When you choose other hotels outside of the AJA block, the organization has no contacts or leverage to help rectify a problem that you may have encountered.
