30 Days	You may cancel up to 30 days before the start of the Summit.
Refunds	No refunds are given for cancellations received within 30 days of the event.
Service Fee	All cancellations are subject to a $50 service fee.
In Writing	Your cancellation must be received in writing via fax or e-mail. Please provide a reason for cancellation.
Substitutions	Substitutions are acceptable but must be made in writing.
