We’re looking forward to having you join us at the American Jail Association 2026 Conference & Jail Expo, taking place May 16-20 at The Baird Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

As a current/prospective exhibitor, we want to ensure your experience is productive and seamless. Please take a few moments to review the key information below.

AJA offers several booth sizes and configurations to suit every exhibiting partner's needs. Exhibit Dates and Hours
 
Exhibitor Move-In:
Saturday, May 16th | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, May 17th | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Expo Hall Hours:
Sunday, May 17th | 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM (Ribbon Cutting Ceremony) Be at your booth no later than 5:00 PM!!
Monday, May 18th | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday, May 19th | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Move-Out:
Tuesday, May 19th | 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
 
Lunch Times:
Each Exhibitor will have a lunch voucher for both Monday and Tuesday on their name badge. 

Badge Pick-Up:
Exhibitor badges can be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk near the expo entrance during setup hours.

Security & Safety:
Uniformed security will be present overnight; however, we recommend securing all valuables when your booth is unattended. Please adhere to all venue safety regulations and report any concerns to AJA staff immediately.

Shipping/Furnishings/Décor/etc.:
This is all handled by Shepard.  If you need to contact them:

 or orders@shepardes.com or call 404–720–8600.  Please wait until February 1, 2026 to reach out if you have questions.  We send them the initial rosters at that time, and they will very likely reach out to you first.  Any contact prior to us sending them the first lists and they will likely not know who you are.

Lead Retrieval & Attendee Engagement:
Lead retrieval services are available through American Tradeshow Services. Take advantage of networking opportunities throughout the event to connect with decision-makers in the corrections community.

Wi-Fi & Electrical Services:

Basic Wi-Fi will available; once we have established contacts for enhanced WiFi and Electrical needs, we will forward that information to all of you.
