It's time to get back to the basics with direct supervision! Join AJA President Shawn Laughlin, MCJ, CJM, and AJA Past President Peter Perroncello, MS, CJM, CCHP, CCT as they revisit the original nine principles and bring direct supervision back from the past.

Course Overview:

• Staffing, costs and a loss of legacy have left many agencies paralyzed
• Join us as we add a bit of flavor to those who do, and a sting to those who think they still do 
• This class will revisit the original nine principles of direct supervision endorsed by AJA in November 1992 
• We will encompass interpersonal communication, problem solving and leadership
• It is time to “get back to the basics” for those who have made direct supervision a thing of the past

A minimum number of participants are needed to hold our workshops.  You may cancel up to five business days prior to the Professional Development Workshop.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received five or less business days before the class.  All cancellations are subject to a $50 service fee.  Your cancellation must be received in writing via fax or e-mail.  Substitutions are acceptable.  "No Shows" will be charged at the applicable rate. It is strongly recommended that participants DO NOT purchase airline tickets without first contacting AJA to confirm program availability.  Workshops begin at 8:00 AM and usually go until 5:00 PM (unless otherwise noted).
