Payment and Confirmation
Payment is required prior to the start of the conference and must be made with a credit card, check, or purchase order.
Cancelations/Refunds
No refunds are given unless a written request is received on or before March 16, 2026. Please provide your reason for canceling. After this date, 40% of the conference fee can be refunded upon written request due to the costs associated with planning on attendance. No refunds are given after April 30, 2026.
