This highly interactive program is designed to strengthen your classification staff’s knowledge, critical thinking skills, and decision-making abilities. Proper classification leads to more effective population management. By better managing our population, we can lessen risk for both staff and inmates. In turn, liability is reduced. Group work and networking allow attendees to learn from the instructors and their colleagues in jails across the country. Bring your challenges, your questions, and your skills for a solution-oriented experience.
