The mission of the Rocky Mountain Jail Leadership Academy (RMJLA) is to shape tomorrow’s leaders in Colorado and the surrounding states. The Academy is a collaboration between the American Jail Association and the Colorado Jail Association. The Curriculum is based on the Core Competencies for Jail Leaders. Curriculum topics include:
