A collaboration between the American Jail Association and the Massachusetts Sheriffs’ Association. The mission is to give new supervisors the tools to become skilled and competent leaders now and provide them the building blocks to becoming great leaders tomorrow. This hybrid training model will consist of both in-person and virtual training. The curriculum is based on the Core Competencies for Jail Leaders.
