Early Bird Pricing Policy

To qualify for Early Bird pricing, payment must be received in full by January 19.
Simply submitting a registration form does not guarantee the Early Bird rate.

If your payment is not received by the January 19 deadline, your registration will automatically be updated to the Advance Registration rate, and you will be invoiced for the price difference.

We strongly encourage agencies submitting payment through internal systems (e.g., purchase orders, check requests) to plan ahead to ensure timely processing.

If you know your payment will not arrive by January 19, please call the office, 301-857-2233, to register at the Advance Registration rate to avoid additional invoicing.


Payment and Confirmation
Payment is required before the start of the conference and must be made with a credit card, check, or purchase order.

Cancelations/Refunds
No refunds are given unless a written request is received on or before April 3, 2026. Please provide your reason for canceling. After this date, 40% of the conference fee can be refunded upon written request due to the costs associated with planning on attendance. No refunds are given after May 4, 2026.
