When and where is the upcoming AJA Conference & Jail Expo?
AJA’s 44th Conference & Jail Expo will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas from May 17-21, 2025. The address is 1201 Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.

When does registration open?
Conference registration is open. Click here to register.
What are the onsite registration hours?
Friday, May 16: 6 p.m. – 8p.m.
Saturday, May 17: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, May 18: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Monday, May 19: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, May 20: 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Wednesday, May 21: 7:30 a.m. – Noon
What luncheons/receptions are included with my attendee registration fee?

Can I bring my spouse or child?
Yes, we have a special Guest registration rate under which family members can register. Children under 18 do not need to register, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall during move in and move out.
What if I only want to visit the Exhibit Hall?
Attendees who just want to go to the Exhibit Hall MUST register for a one-day pass or a full conference registration. If you are a non-exhibiting company you must register as such for a one-day pass or full conference registration.
Do workshop speakers and presenters have to register?
Yes, if speaking or presenting you must register for a one-day pass or full conference registration. If you are only speaking or presenting at your workshop and do not want access to the rest of the conference or Jail Expo, you do not have to register.
What facility tours will be available?
There will be a list of facility tours offered in the conference program and at the facility tour sign-up table. Tours are provided on a first come, first serve basis.
Is there a student rate available and who qualifies?
AJA offers a student full conference registration rate of $95 (advance). Any student not employed in corrections can register at the student rate and present a valid student ID.
Will there be a Criminal Justice Student Day?
Yes, AJA will hold its annual Criminal Justice Student Day on Tuesday, May 20. It features a complimentary one-day pass to our conference.
Where do I pick up my badge and registration materials?
All materials can be picked up onsite during the conference at attendee registration at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas, 1201 Houston Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102.
