It’s Lonely Up Here:  Survival Skills for the New Supervisor
Instructors: Major Sam Davis & Sergeant James Every

New supervisors are often caught in a trap where they believe that they are leading, and when they look around, no one is following. This class will focus on pitfalls that often ensnare first-time supervisors, and provide them with a "war bag" to handle situations that no one ever told them about, and deliver the leadership resources to survive effectively and sufficiently.

This course will help them to survive—even when they feel naked & afraid!
